Who are your clients?
I work with people just like you whose jobs have become dissatisfying, un-stimulating, boring and meaningless. The people I work with are already successful and have been in their careers a long time. My clients are graduates and between 30 and 55 years of age.
They want to discover their purpose in life and want to make a change towards more fulfilling and meaningful work
What type of personality do you work best with and what is expected of me?
I work best with people who are absolutely serious about making a change towards meaningful and fulfilling work and who are eager to grow. Clients, who get great results working with me, are willing to take the inner journey and discover their purpose in life in order to find a career path that will fulfill and deeply satisfy them.
My ideal client is super-ready to get going and just want to know exactly what steps to take to discover what will ultimately make them happy in their work.
In us working together I will ask of you to take serious and consistent action. No excuses anymore, just a new way of thinking and full support while you achieve this incredibly exciting goal: discovering your life direction and build your career on your purpose in life.
For what type of person is this program NOT going to work?
The process I developed is NOT for those who are in a career crisis or in desperate need of a job. The time to see me is when your career is fairly stable. The process I use is not a quick fix and you should not wait for the axe to fall. You will not be able to make good career decisions in a crisis or when you are motivated purely by survival.
I don’t help people with their careers in the traditional way. It is a creative process which I coach them through. The discovering becomes your own work of art – a reflection of your personal DESIGN which includes your purpose in life, values, interests, skills and passion.
How are you different from career counselors?
What differentiates me from career counselors is that I use a unique process I created, called The Career Design Process™, a coaching program which are proven to help people discover themselves, their life purpose, innate skills, talents, and passions, and ultimately what will really make them happy in their work.
I also help them to create a vision for their life and then coach them how to realize that vision.
Because of this the people I coach receive specific step-by-step guidance on exactly how to discover themselves, their life purpose and a career that they absolutely love.
As a result my clients are able to lead a purposeful, direction driven, meaningful life.
